2User Account & Member Responsibilities

As a cita33 account holder, you are fully responsible for the security of your account and all activities that take place within it.

  • Password: You must set a strong password and must not share your login credentials with anyone. cita33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from shared account information.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA): You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.
  • Immediate notification: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the cita33 support team immediately.
  • Personal information: You are responsible for ensuring all information in your account profile remains accurate and up to date. Accounts containing inaccurate information may be suspended until verification is complete.
  • Account transfer: Your cita33 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

For your account's security, cita33 recommends logging out of the platform after every session, especially when using a shared device.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

  • Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit starts from RM10 depending on the selected payment method. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation.

6Usage Prohibitions & Restrictions

  • Any attempt to hack, breach, or probe the security systems of cita33 constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

  • Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the platform is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or to bypass geo-restrictions imposed by cita33 is strictly prohibited.
  • Reselling or distributing account access to third parties for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Cita33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under certain circumstances. Members may also choose to close their own account.

  • Member-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the cita33 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all rollover requirements have been met.
  • Temporary suspension: cita33 may temporarily suspend your account for identity verification purposes, investigation of suspicious activity, or requests from law enforcement agencies.
